This is a reminder to all that are interested.

Tomorrow, the Supreme Court will hear the oral arguments in DC v. Heller. This is the case that will decide the constitutionality of DC's ban on handguns. Depending on the scope of the ruling, this could very well decide Second Amendment policy for the next several generations.

CSPAN and SCOTUSBlog are going to have almost-live coverage of the oral arguments. The Supreme Court has decided to release digital audio recordings of the oral arguments later in the day.

I'm nervous as hell about this case. However, if the amici is any indication, public support is (finally) on our side. There were well over double (nearly triple) the number of amicus curiae briefs filed on our side than in favor of DC.

So. Tune in. It's gonna be interesting.
