7:51p - This could be awesome, or insanely bad...
Looks like the Supreme Court is going to hear Parker v. District of Columbia More Linky.
For those of you that don't follow case law, Parker is the lawsuit against Washington DC arguing that "the Second Amendment guarantees individuals a fundamental right to possess a functional, personal firearm, such as a handgun ... within the home."
So, this is going to be the first time the Supreme Court has ruled on what the Second Amendment really means since 1939.
I'm excited and really nervous about this.
