10:56a - Activision = FAIL.
It appears that Activision doesn't give a fuck about their PS3 customers.
I really hate these pissing contests between companies. It seems clear to me that someone within the company cares more about what other companies are doing than what is good for their customers.
FUCK YOU ACTIVISION
Despite all of the past bullshit that EA has done, they are handling the hardware issues with Rock Band really well. My replacement guitar showed up yesterday complete with paid return shipping. All I have to do is load my broken controller into the box they sent, flip over their packing list to display the return shipping info, and call UPS to pick it back up.
This is exactly the kind of thing that creates or destroys brand loyalty. My decision seems to have been made for me on this one.
